Molnlycke lightweight elasticated rayon fabric is ideal for dressing retention and skin covering on arm or leg wounds. The two way stretch fabric holds dressings in place with gentle security and without constriction. The light elasticity allows complete freedom of movement and the light open rayon weave allows air to circulate over the skin to prevent maceration.
