Please call or e-mail for authorization prior to returning any merchandise. Unopened, unused items in resalable condition, or any defective merchandise may be returned for refund, credit or replacement within 45 days of purchase, except items marked non-returnable. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

Orders less than $95.00 are shipped for $9.95 in the contiguous United States. Rates are higher to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and international destinations.

Express Medical Supply, Inc.’s low prices are for our customers who make payment at the time of purchase.

For those who prefer the convenience of having their insurance company billed directly for their medical supplies, Countryside Medical, Inc., our sister company, can in most cases provide this service for you.

If you would like Countryside Medical, Inc. to check with your insurance company to see if we can bill them for you, please submit the information requested on our form.

Internet orders can be paid with MasterCard, Visa or Discover credit cards. If you would like to pay by check or C.O.D. you will need to contact our office at 1-800-633-2139 Monday through Friday, 8:30am until 5:00pm, Central Standard Time.

All orders with a "Ship to Address" of Missouri will be charged the appropriate Missouri sales tax. All other customers are not charged taxes on orders per state and federal guidelines.
