3M Tegaderm - 4" x 4" Non-adhesive Foam Wound Dressing is a non-swelling polyurethane foam, covered with a highly breathable film backing that acts as a barrier to outside contamination.  3M Tegaderm foam dressing holds exudate (wound drainage) away from the wound and surrounding skin surface.  This reduces skin breakdown and infection, and maintains a moist environment to enhance healing. This foam dressing works well for moderate to high exuding particle and full thickness dermal wounds including:  pressure ulcers, diabetic and venous leg ulcers, abrasions, burns, skin tears, skin graft donor sites and neuropathic ulcers. It may also be used with secondary wound dressings such as gauze, compression wraps or alginate dressings.  Latex free.
