- Products ship out of our Warehouse every day M-F with the exception of the following Holidays: New Years day, Memorial day, Independence day, Labor day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday -Friday CST) will usually be shipped out the same day.

- We do our very best to make sure that all information and prices at the Express Medical Supply, Inc. website are accurate. In rare instances, mistakes occur or product information changes before we can make corrections or updates.
- During the checkout process you will have the option of choosing "Discreet Packaging" at no extra cost.
- Some items sold by Express Medical are to be sold "by or on the order of a physician". When ordering online you will be required to check a box indicating that you are purchasing the item "on the order of a physician".
- Express Medical Supply maintains strong partnerships with UPS, FedEx, and U.S. Postal Service. We select the most efficient route to deliver your medical supplies unless you request a specific carrier. Some restrictions apply.
- Shipping is FREE on orders greater than $95.
- Orders less than $95 are shipped for $8.50 in the contiguous United States. Rates are higher to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and international destinations.
- Overnight and Second Day delivery available for most orders. Additional freight charges apply.
- Internet orders can be paid with American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover credit cards. If you would like to pay by check or C.O.D. you will need to contact our office at 1-800-633-2139 Monday through Friday, 8:30am until 5:00pm, Central Standard Time.
- All orders with a "Ship to Address" of Missouri will be charged the appropriate Missouri sales tax. All out of State customers are not charged taxes on orders per state and federal guidelines. Certain medical supply items are tax exempt.
- Express Medical Supply, Inc. will honor all manufacturer warranties. Please call us at 1-800-633-2139 or e-mail us for a Return Authorization. Broken or defective items must include a return authorization number (RA) and should be sent freight prepaid to. Please see complete information on returns HERE.
