Returned items must have prior authorization before shipping back to Express Medical Supply Inc. Please call our customer service staff to discuss your need to return any item for exchange, credit or refund. Customer service will issue return authorization number (RA) for items eligible for return. Only unopened or unused products are eligible for return inspection. Items determined to be in “like new” condition, as determined by our warehouse staff, may be eligible for credit, refund or replacement. Any return item must be presented with the original packing materials. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee. No item will be accepted for return if it does not have the RA number on the outside of shipment box . All items submitted for return inspection must be received within 45 days of the original purchase date.
Please note:
1. Shipping charges are not refunded except in the case of product recall, defect or shipment error.
2. Select products in Personal Care (bathroom and toiletries) and Respiratory Care are not eligible for return due to the hygienic concerns.
