Spenco Silicore pillows are constructed of cylindrical fibers with a unique hollow core shaft. These fibers do not mat down, but retain their loft and allow air flow. The silicone coating lubricates each fiber to reduce friction, while preventing moisture, penetration, or retention. Each pillow comes with a breathable cotton/polyester cover that provides cool comfort. These covers are machine washable. Silicore foot, heel, and ankle pillows are one size fits most with a hook and loop closure.
