Express Medical Supply Store Shipping Policy

Getting supplies to your door quickly and reliably is a top priority at Express Medical Supply. Our central location in St. Louis, MO allows us to provide prompt delivery to anywhere in the United States and its protectorates. International shipping is currently not available.

We are commited to providing you the best possible service. To protect your privacy, we offer free discreet packaging on any order. Simply select the discreet shipping option during the check-out process. We also offer an autoship program that saves time and ensures regular deliveries.

Free Shipping

Free ground shipping is available to the contiguous US on all compression stockings and on orders over $95. This includes large and heavy items like adult diapers, cases of nitrile gloves and shower chairs. Standard ground shipping is $8.95 for orders under $95. Additional shipping rates apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Guam.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Orders placed before Noon Central Time (M-F) will generally ship out the same day, with most orders originating from the St. Louis Missouri area. Time in transit can be up to 7 business days but can be less depending on the delivery address. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you and placed in the order history of your account the evening your item is shipped. If an item in you order is temporarily not available we will send you an-email and let you know when we expect it in. Special order items may require additional time. If the delivery date is critical, we suggest that you order 2nd Day or Next Day Delivery.

After your order is placed, we will send you a tracking number for your package. You can view the status and track your package from your order history on the account page.

Return Policy

Express Medical Supply Store Return Policy

Most products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in "like new" resalable condition and in the original packaging. You must call customer service 800-633-2139 for a return authorization (RA) number prior to returning your package. Some products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

What Products Can I Return?

  • Products purchased within the last 30 days.
  • Products that are in "like new" resalable condition.
  • Items must be returned in original packing.

Some products such as special order items, drop-shipped items, and products with hygenic concerns may not be eligible for return. Call customer service at 800-633-2139 to find out if your product is eligible for return.

How to Return Products

  1. Call Customer Service at 800-633-2139 M-F 8:30-5:00 CT to receive a return authorization number (RA).
  2. Send package along with original invoice to:

Packages will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.

Return Processing

Once your package has been received in our warehouse, please allow 10-14 days for processing.
