What are your business hours and how can I contact you?

Express Medical Supply customer service representatives are available 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, Central Time. Our office and warehouse are closed for the following Holidays: New Years day, Memorial day, Independence day, Labor day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. How do I return or exchange my medical supplies?

Our customer service representatives would love to assist you in any way that we can. We can be reached at 1-800-633-2139, M-F, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm CT if you have questions about your order or need help in any way. Express Medical Supply honors all manufacturer warranties.

How do I check the status of my medical supplies?

While we strive to always have the items you order ready and available for immediate shipment, there are times when an item(s) may be temporarily out of stock. Express Medical Supply customer service will notify you by e-mail within one business day from the time your order is received in the event we are not able to ship your order as complete. Your order will be held until all ordered items are available unless you request differently. Please do not hesitate to let us know when you need items urgently and we will do our best to ship partial orders and expedite delivery.

Which payment methods are accepted by Express Medical Supply?

Express Medical Supply accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover credit cards and PayPal. If you prefer to pay by check, download our order form and you can mail us your order with your included check. If you would like to pay by C.O.D. you will need to contact our office at 1-800-633-2139 Monday through Friday, 8:30am until 5:00pm, Central Standard Time.

When will my online medical supplies arrive at my home?

Orders placed before Noon Central Time (M-F) will generally ship out the same day, with most orders originating from the St. Louis Missouri area. Time in transit can be up to 7 business days but can be less depending on the delivery address. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you and placed in the order history of your account the evening your item is shipped. If an item in you order is temporarily not available we will send you an-email and let you know when we expect it in. Special order items may require additional time. If the delivery date is critical, we suggest that you order 2nd Day or Next Day Delivery.

Will my medical supplies be shipped discreetly?

At Express Medical Supply we know our customers enjoy privacy; simply choose "Discreet Shipping" at checkout whether you are shopping for foley catheters or any kind of online medical supplies and your products will arrive promptly in a discreet box.

I am out of my needed medical supplies, can you help me quickly?

If you need your medical supplies urgently, for an additional freight charge, overnight and second day delivery are available for most orders. We also offer a special Auto-Ship Program with no contract or additional charge, to help you always have your online medical supplies when you need them.

How can I get my online medical supplies shipped to my home free of charge?

Shipping is FREE on orders greater than $95, even large items such as wheelchairs or transport chairs. Orders less than $95 are shipped for $8.75 in the contiguous United States. Rates are higher to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

What happens when a manufacturer changes a product?

Express Medical Supply makes every effort to keep our website updated with accurate pictures and decriptions; however, sometimes manufacturers change the materials used to make a product (like switching from latex to latex-free) without notifying us. Manufacturers will also change the color, style, and type of boxes used. If your medical supply does not match the description or image used on exmed.net, please feel free to call customer service, we would be happy to help you (1-800-633-2139, M-F, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm CT).

How can I obtain a copy of your catalog?

Unfortunately we are no longer offering print catalogs. Our entire selection of medical supplies is available online. If you're having trouble finding the item you're looking for, please call 800-633-2139 or email us at sales@exmed.net.

Does Express Medical Supply require prescriptions?

Some items sold by Express Medical are to be sold "by or on the order of a physician", such as the current solutions tens unit. When ordering online you will be required to check a box indicating that you are purchasing the item "on the order of a physician".
