Express Medical Supply does NOT accept or bill insurance including Medicare and Medicaid.  Payment may be made with a major credit card or using Paypal.

Express Medical Supply customer service representatives are available 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Thursday, and 8:30am to 4:00pm Friday, Central Time. Our office and warehouse are closed for the following holidays: New Years day, Memorial day, Independence day, Labor day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. We can be reached by telephone, 1-800-633-2139. Information regarding your order is available anytime on your account page via the order history tab. If you need help accessing your account, please call us at 1-800-633-2139, M-Th, 8:30am - 5:00pm CT and Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm CT, and we can assist you. Tracking will be emailed to the same email address you used to register on our site as soon as it is available.

Express Medical Supply accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover credit cards. You can also use PayPal. If you prefer to pay by check, you can mail us your order with your included check.

Express Medical Supply makes every effort to keep our website updated with accurate pictures and decriptions; however, sometimes manufacturers change the materials used to make a product (like switching from latex to latex-free) without notifying us. Manufacturers will also change the color, style, and type of boxes used. If your medical supply does not match the description or image used on exmed.net, please feel free to call customer service, we would be happy to help you 1-800-633-2139, M-Th, 8:30am - 5:00pm CT and Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm CT.

Orders placed Monday through Friday generally ship within 24hrs. Time in transit depends on where it is being shipped and can be anywhere from 2 to 7 business days. Special order items may require additional time. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If an item in you order is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you with your specific delivery time. Please contact us if you need your order urgently and we will work together to help ensure you have the products when needed.

Each order placed can be shipped discreetly at no additional charge. Simply choose the discreet shipping option at check out. If you forget to check discreet, please call us and we will work to assist you.

If you need your medical supplies urgently, please call our office and we will be happy to assist you. Orders placed on the website after 2:00 pm will switch to the next shipping day. Shipping is FREE on orders greater than $149, even large items such as wheelchairs or transport chairs. Compression stockings and socks always ship for free. Orders less than $149 are shipped for $9.95 in the contiguous United States.

Express Medical Supply does not require you to send in your prescription in order to place an order for most items. Exceptions will be noted on the individual product pages. When adding a prescription item to your cart, you will be required to check a box indicating that you are purchasing the item "on the order of a physician".
