Shipping Your Supplies

We understand that you need to receive your order quickly. Our central location in St. Louis, MO allows us to provide prompt delivery within the United States and its protectorates. We work with FedEx and the US Postal Service, the shipping options include ground, 2nd Day, and Next Day Air. International shipping is currently not available, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Free Shipping

Shipping is free on orders greater than $149, even large items such as wheelchairs or transport chairs. Compression stockings and socks always ship for free. Orders less than $149 are shipped for $9.95 in the contiguous United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands do not qualify for free shipping.

Discreet Shipping

Each order placed can be shipped discreetly at no additional charge. Simply choose the discreet shipping option at check out. If you forget to check discreet, please call us at 1-800-633-2139, M-Th, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm CT and Friday 8:30 am - 4:00 pm CT . We are also available by email, customerservice@exmed.net. We will be happy to help assist you.

Order Processing and Transit Times

Orders placed Monday through Friday generally ship within 24hrs. Time in transit depends on where it is being shipped and can be anywhere from 2 to 7 business days. Special order items may require additional time. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If an item in you order is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you with your specific delivery time. Please contact us if you need your order urgently and we will work together to help ensure you have the products when needed. If the delivery date is critical, we suggest that you choose 2nd Day or Next Day shipping options when checking out.

  • Products purchased within the last 30 days
  • Products that are in like new condition
  • Items must be returned in original packing
  • Products with hygenic concerns may not be eligible for return
  • Special order items may not be eligible for return
