BD Ready-To-Use 16” Straight Hydrophilic Catheter comes with a slick polymer coating already on the catheter surface, eliminating the need for a separate lubricant. This coating plus the fire polished eyelets reduce friction for more comfortable cathing. Simply open the foil package and grip the catheter by its insertion sleeve. The sleeve prevents you from touching the catheter tube, which greatly reduces the risk of contamination. The packaging also has an adhesive tab that allows you to hang it on the wall while cathing.
