Tranquility adult diapers have a super absorbent polymer core which helps keep skin dry, controls odor, and reduces bacterial growth by neutralizing the pH levels of urine. The specially designed inner leg cuffs, called Kufguards, channel fluids into the polymer core which helps contain high volumes of urine and fecal incontinence in men and women.
