Esteem Synergy is a brand of two-piece ostomy systems from Convatec. This line of ostomy supplies features Adhesive Coupling Technology, which is a foam adhesive that allows the pouch to securely attach to the ostomy wafer on a clear plastic "landing zone." The landing zone is square shaped and has a larger surface area, making it easier to apply. This design acts as an alternative to a plastic ring coupling system.
