Telfa

Telfa pads are wound dressings made from absorbent cotton gauze. Covidien refers to these dressings as "ouchless" due to the non-adherent base layer. This prevents the pad from sticking to your wound and damaging healing tissue. Each Telfa bandage is individually wrapped in a peel-open package. A Telfa bandage is best suited for lightly exuding wounds. This primary dressing is available with or without an adhesive border. Be sure to talk to your doctor to determine which type of wound dressing you need.
