Hollister CeraPlus New Image - Skin Barrier with Floating Flange (Cut to Fit) helps to maintain adhesive properties. It also offers a formulation to help protect the skin's natural moisture barrier, maintain good peristomal skin health, and decrease transepidermal water loss (TEWL) from damaged or eroded skin. The CeraPlus skin barrier is infused with ceramide, a naturally occurring lipid in the skin that protects against dryness.

CeraPlus skin barriers are used with Hollister New Image pouching systems. This allows the wearer the continued use of the intagrated floating flange, AF300 filter, and Lock'n Roll micro seal closure of the pouching system and the added skin protectant features of the ceramide.

Features such as the floating flange is ideal for those with sensitive post operative abdomens and is the barrier of choice for urostomies and ileostomies.
