McKesson Alternating Pressure and Low Air Loss Mattress System. Active mattress replacement system provides alternating pressure and low air loss technology to optimize pressure redistribution, shear/friction reduction, and microclimate control. Designed to help prevent, treat, and heal pressure ulcers in the home or long term care setting. Control unit allows use in static mode or 10-minute cycles when alternating. Adjustable patient weight settings allow for optimal immersion, patient comfort, and compliance. Audio and visual alarm alerts when air pressure is low.

Mattress system design with 20 individual air cells and pillow feature to maximize immersion and envelopment for head stability, comfort, and pressure relief. Removable, 8-inch air cells may be easily replaced with air leakage plugs. Quilted, nylon stretch cover with zippered design secures cover to the mattress base, removes easily to maintain hygiene, and protects the skin from friction and moisture. Provides a total weight bearing capacity of 350 lbs (159 kg) and measures 80 inches (W) x 36 inches (L). CPR valve allows rapid deflation. Tubing quickly and easily disconnects with EZ lock, quick-release design. Tested and certified to meet UL 1431, EN 60601-1, EN 60601-1-2 standards. Not Made with Natural Rubber Latex.
