It uses a premium superabsorbent core that holds and locks in up to 25 oz of fluid, with Kufguards leg cuffs that help direct urine into the core to reduce leakage. Breathable materials support airflow for cooler comfort, while a moisture-proof backing helps keep liquid locked in. Soft leg elastics and a form-fitting elastic waistband help the underwear stay comfortably in place, and tear-away side seams allow easier removal when needed.
