The Cardinal Health Sure Care Super Adult Pull Ups are unisex pull-on protective underwear designed for heavy adult incontinence protection, with tear-away side panels for faster removal and disposal. A super-absorbent core is designed to quickly lock in fluid and help neutralize odors, while the cloth-like backsheet is bonded, meaning the material layers are fused together rather than sewn, which helps create a secure quilted construction with fewer bulky seam points. This bonded build supports a quieter, more discreet feel during movement. Airflow technology is designed to allow air-to-skin contact to help keep skin cool, dry, and comfortable while minimizing heat buildup, and the topsheet is designed to feel softer than traditional non-wovens.
