Coloplast Brava - Ostomy Strip Paste is a moldable caulk like material that can be used to fill in uneven areas around your stoma to provide a flatter surface for a more reliable ostomy wafer adhesion. When you apply an ostomy wafer you need a flat surface in order for the wafer to fully adhere to the body. When the wafer is placed on skin folds, divots, and scars it can become detached when you bend or move. Coloplast Brava ostomy strip paste can be molded to any shape, you can use as little or as much as you need. This product is alcohol-free so it won't sting or burn your skin. The paste also acts as a skin protectant to keep sensitive peristomal skin from irritation by absorbing excess moisture, allowing you to wear your ostomy bag longer and more comfortably.
