Derma Sciences Medihoney - 1 1/2 oz Wound and Burn Dressing Gel contains 80% active Leptospermum honey made from the Manuka tree (aka tea tree). This anti-bacterial honey based dressing originated in New Zealand and Australia. Latex Free. Size: 1 1/2 oz tube. Each, Case of 12.

Medihoney gel uses honey to heal moderate to heavy exudating wounds. It helps maintain a moist environment conducive to wound healing. Ideal for use with diabetic foot ulcers, leg ulcers, pressure ulcers (I-IV), 1st and 2nd degree burns, donor sites, traumatic wounds, and surgical wounds.
