DuoDerm Extra Thin - Oval Hydrocolloid Dressing is a flexible hydrocolloid dressing that helps reduce friction, thus lowering the risk of skin breakdown. It has an outer film that creates a waterproof barrier and blocks bacteria and viruses from entering the wound. This dressing is designed for lightly exuding wounds as well as stage I and II pressure ulcers. It can be used as a primary or secondary dressing.
