DuoDerm Signal - Triangle Adhesive Bandage is a primary dressing for light to moderate exuding wounds. Convatec Duoderm Signal dressings can be used to secure Aquacel or Aquacel Ag dressings, also by Convatec. The border tapers and thins which helps stop the edges of the bandage from rolling up. The Duoderm Signal dressing has a unique feature, it has a change indicator, the indicator line goes around the dressing. When the fluid appears as a bubble moving toward the indicator line, it is time to change the bandage because it has reached max absorbency. This wound dressing is also unique because of the triangular shape, this shape is suited to a variety of hard to bandage places and can be used as a sacral dressing. The Duoderm triangle bandage is comfortable to wear and encourages a moist healing environment. Convatec Duoderm polyurethane film is a waterproof barrier against bacterial, viral, and external contamination.
