Dynarex - Instant Cold Pack is a portable plastic ice pack that can be squeezed once and instantly used. Dynarex instant cold packs can be used for the relief of minor injuries and swelling. These instant ice packs can also be used for sprains, strains, contusions, minor burns, toothaches, nosebleeds, headaches, insect bites, back and body pain, and any area of the body that requires a cold compress.

To activate cold pack, squeeze and shake. No planning time is needed. Once the bag is activated, it is ready for use. Each pack can be used for an extended period of time.
