McKesson CanDo® Exercise Resistance Band. High-quality, resistive Exercise Resistance Band for rehabilitation, conditioning, and training. Lightweight, compact, and portable - perfect for at-home or on-the-go. Perfectly sized for use in all types of resistance exercises with a uniform, 5-inch width. Red band signifying a Light resistance level adheres to the widely-accepted color-code system ranging from yellow through black. Adds light resistance in stretching, balance, cardio, and strength training. Provides 3.7 - 5.5 pounds of resistance.

Includes instructional illustrations on packaging for four essential exercises. Convenient, 6 yard roll packaged on core to fit most dispenser racks and in dispenser box as ready-to-use option. To use, simply unroll preferred length and cut with scissors. This product contains natural rubber latex which may cause allergic reactions. Packaged: 6 Yards Per Roll, 1 Roll Per Box.
