Mepilex Border Flex - Self-Adherent Soft Silicone Foam Dressing with Safetac technology is a unique self adherent foam wound dressing that conforms well to body contours. The pad is waterproof and bacteria proof. The Mepilex soft silicone foam can be easily removed from a wound for inspection and then is easily reapplied without loss of adhesion. The Mepilex border can be worn up to 7 days. The 5-layer dressing absorbs, channels, traps exudate. Mepilex Border Flex allows you to track your healing progress. It also keeps exudate containing bacteria away from the wound bed and minimizes re-entry, even under compression. Safetac technology causes less pain and trauma to the skin during dressing changes and it also reduces the rick of maceration compared to other types of adhesive wound care dressings.

The absorbent and waterproof properties of this Molnlycke dressing make it an ideal choice for a variety of wounds including, but not limited to, moderate to highly exuding wounds, pressure ulcers, leg and foot ulcers, or traumatic wounds. Latex free.
