Precision Milani - Thick-It Food and Beverage Thickener easily thickens liquids and pureed food for people experiencing difficulty swallowing. This thickening agent does not change the appearance or taste in hot or cold food or beverages. Thick-It does not bind fluids. Directions:

1. Scoop and level off recommended amount of Thick-It using the enclosed measuring spoon.
2. Slowly add Thick-it to liquid then stir briskly with a spoon, fork, or whisk until thickener has dissolved. Let stand 30 seconds to a minute to achieve desired consistency and serve.
   For milk and nutritional supplement drink, stir briskly and let stand 5 to 10 minutes, stir and serve.
