The Urocare 44oz X-Large Reusable Latex Urinary Leg Bag is a high-capacity bag, built for customers who need extended drainage with fewer emptying intervals. Measuring 20 1/2" x 4 3/4", this extra-long bag uses a high-flow Little Red anti-reflux valve in a rigid housing to reduce the risk of backflow and maintain consistent drainage. An internal and external odor barrier helps the bag remain discreet during daily wear.

The twist-style bottom drain valve with gasket is designed to keep urine off the hands while emptying and can be swapped for optional drain accessories if needed. The bag is reusable and non-sterile, with integral strap loops that work with leg straps for secure support.
