Premier is a line of one-piece Hollister ostomy bags that are available in drainable systems and closed systems. Common sizes we carry include 9 inch and 12 inch. Premier ostomy bags feature a barrier to prevent ostomy odor and a rustle-free film to reduce noise. Another property is the Lock n Roll system, which creates a secure closure at the bottom of an open pouch. It is activated by rolling the pouch three times and pressing from the middle outward.
A one-piece convex ostomy bag combines the skin barrier and pouch into one system. This allows for a comfortable fit and is ideal for those with a flush or retracted stoma. You can purchase one piece covex ostomy bags that have a convenient pre cut hole or bags that allow you to cut your own hole using a stoma opening hole cutter.
If the skin barrier is separate from the pouch, it is known as a two-piece ostomy pouch. The skin barrier and ostomy bag connect via a flange, which is a plastic ring that snaps into place. The two piece ostomy pouching system is available in an open or closed format. The Hollister CenterPointLock system prevents accidental separation between the pouch and skin barrier.
