Medline Optifoam Gentle LQ Silicone-Faced Foam Wound Dressings is available in three different sizes and can be used on various parts of the body. Optifoam Gentle Silicone-Faced Foam Dressing with Liquitrap Super Absorbent Core is intended for shallow and/or deep wounds with moderate to heavy drainage. Optifoam Gentle LQ can be worn for up to 7 days, drainage needs to be checked and the dressing will need to be changed more often depending on drainage. Optifoam Gentle helps ease the painful discomfort of dressing changes. Highly conformable foam dressing with gentle adhesive that can be lifted up and reapplied. The dressing has a specially-formulated silicone adhesive that helps keep it in place without sticking to the wound bed.
