Posey PRO-HeeLx- Heel Protector helps isolate the heel and protect the skin against breakdown and/or injury. The Posey heel protector has a large heel opening, which helps to promote ventilation and reduce thermal build-up. Its orthowick inner liner helps to wick moisture away from the skin.

Posey's heel protector has an outer shell made of a breathable nylon to keep sheets from catching on the foot. It uses four wide hook and loop closures to hold the boot securely in place. This heel protector provides a full 2" of heel lift off of hard mattress surfaces. The heel protector is lightweight, weighing less than 16 ounces. Pro-Heel is machine washable.
