Therafin Transfer Board - Econoglide with Horizontal Hand Holes is 29" long, each board is 9" wide. The boards are 1/2" thick and have a weight capacity of 400 pounds. The Econoglide is made of a high density linear plastic. The plastic material is easy to clean and will not absorb water, this board works well for transfers to the toilet or to a shower chair. One side of the board is striate-sanded for when you are transferring with wet bare skin. The other side of the board is buff sanded and that works well for when you are fully clothed. This is a versatile board that can be used in a variety of situations. There are two horizontal hand holes, one is at the top and the other is at the bottom of the board. These hand holds can be used to gently pull yourself across the board to complete the transfer.
