Allevyn Life - Sacrum Dressing is a multi-layered dressing with hydrocellular foam made for the tailbone area. This cushions the wound and helps relieve pressure. The silicone contact layer allows the dressing to be repositioned without causing pain or damaging tissue. The unique tail design and wide adhesive border keeps the dressing from tenting off the skin. It has a special indicator that visibly shows when the dressing needs to be changed, which is especially helpful for caregivers.
