INTENDED USE:

The self-adhering male external condom catheter is used for the drainage of urine. The external catheter is applied by the patient or caregiver. This catheter offers built-in adhesive in a length and placement found with traditional male external catheters. The self-adhering male external catheter is designed for the management of adult urinary incontinence. External catheters are a great alternative to adult diapers or adult pull-ups. External condom catheters can be worn during the day or overnight. During the day they can be connected to a urinary leg bag and overnight they can be connected to an overnight drainage bag.

The self-adhering male sheath combines the excellent moisture-wicking properties of a hydrocolloid adhesive with the exceptional breathability of silicone which helps maintain adhesion.

Bard Spirit - Style 1 Self Adhesive Condom Catheter is 3" long, making it ideal for men who prefer the traditional external condom catheter with the standard 1.75" placement of adhesive. It has a special hydrocolloid adhesive that wicks moisture away from the skin. The adhesive placement is in the middle of the sheath to minimize accidental detachment. The silicone material is flexible and transparent, allowing the user to monitor skin condition.
