CEO-TWO – Suppositories (CO2) are water soluble and allow the active ingredients (potassium bitartrate and sodium bicarbonate) to work within 5-30 minutes! The CEO-TWO (CO2) suppository formulation does not use an oil base (hydrogenated vegetable oil) as found in Dulcolax and other bisacodyl based laxatives. The oil base in these other suppositories have to melt before the bisacodyl can stimulate the bowel to contract and push out the stool. Pack of 2.

How do CEO-TWO - Suppositories (CO2) work?
Upon insertion, the pre-moistened suppository reacts with the moisture present to produce carbon dioxide gas. Rather than stimulating the bowel using chemicals, this CO2 gas gently expands the lower bowel and creates a reflex stimulation resulting in an urge to empty the lower bowel. It works within 30 minutes. These suppositories prevent painful cramping and diarrhea, and there is rarely a second urge to defecate. This is the Enema in a Suppository form! The CO2 acts quickly and has a three year shelf life!
