The unique shape is great for use around the neck, shoulders, arms, legs, knees, or back. This wrap can be microwaved for moist heat relief or put in the freezer for a cold compress. It is filled with clay beads that maintain temperature longer than other materials. The beads are sewn into small pockets, preventing them from falling to one side.
